Exactly where
Where to find Uber or Lyft pickup at LAS
Short answer
After baggage claim, follow the Ride Share signs. Terminal 1 pickup is on Level 2 of the parking garage. Terminal 3 pickup is on the garage's Valet Level. Confirm the airport's official page because zones can change.

Arrival wayfinding
Do not request the car until the garage makes sense
LAS rideshare pickup is a wayfinding task. The calm version identifies the terminal, follows current signs, reaches the designated level, and only then matches the driver.
- 01 · Orient
Confirm the terminal before following a memory
Use the baggage claim and airport signs for the terminal you actually arrived in. Do not assume another traveler's screenshot describes your route.
- 02 · Walk
Follow airport wayfinding to the pickup zone
Keep the party and bags together, use elevators as needed, and read the current level and zone signs. Ask airport staff when the route is unclear.
- 03 · Match
Request, verify, then board
Use the app's displayed zone, license plate, vehicle, and driver details. Message the zone rather than inventing a landmark in a moving garage.

A readable terminal-by-terminal route
Confirm the terminal shown at baggage claim before following any saved directions. LAS publishes a different signed route for each terminal; the garage level is only useful when paired with the correct elevator, bridge, and final turn.
| Terminal | From baggage claim | Bridge and garage move | Pickup |
|---|---|---|---|
| Terminal 1 | Take the elevator near Door 2 up to Level 2 | Cross the pedestrian bridge; pickup is to the right | Parking garage, Level 2; follow the app's current zone |
| Terminal 3 | Take an elevator near Door 52, 54, or 56 up to Level 1 | Cross the pedestrian bridge, then take an elevator or stairs down | Parking garage, Valet Level; follow the app's current zone |
Request only after the route makes sense
Collect every bag, reach the signed garage level, gather the party, and identify the app's pickup zone before requesting. Then match the driver's name, vehicle make and model, and license plate to the app before boarding. A location message should name the signed zone or stall, not ‘near the garage thing.’
If airport signs and this guide disagree, follow the airport signs. Operational changes can move a zone faster than an online guide can be updated.
Mobility, communication, and assistance
Use elevators rather than the stair segment where needed, keep mobility equipment and luggage together, and allow enough time to cross into the garage without rushing. LAS asks travelers to arrange wheelchair service through their airline in advance and publishes airport staff, courtesy-phone, communication, and hidden-disability resources for last-minute needs. Those airport services do not replace any accommodation that must be arranged with the rideshare provider.
Before requesting, use the app's current accessibility options where appropriate and confirm that the selected vehicle can accommodate the traveler, mobility device, luggage, and party. Ask airport staff for the current step-free route if construction, a closed elevator, or unclear signage changes the published path.
Know the backup before the app becomes the problem
Taxi, passenger pickup, rental-car shuttles, public transit, and courtesy vehicles use different airport locations. Do not wait in a taxi line for a rideshare or send a private pickup driver into the rideshare garage. The official airport page currently places Terminal 1 taxis outside baggage claim on the east side near Doors 1–4 and Terminal 3 taxis on Level Zero near Door 52; recheck those locations on arrival.
| Problem | Practical fallback | Check before moving |
|---|---|---|
| App will not connect | Use airport Wi-Fi or ask staff where connectivity is strongest | Do not board an unverified vehicle |
| Wait or price no longer works | Compare the official taxi location and current ground options | Queue, fare method, destination, and event traffic |
| Someone is collecting you | Coordinate the terminal and numbered passenger-pickup column | Use passenger pickup, not the rideshare zone |
| Mobility route is disrupted | Ask airport staff for the current step-free route and assistance | Elevator status, assistance handoff, vehicle fit |
