A little about me
My careers look unusual next to each other, but the overlap is greater than it seems: preparation, communication, attention to tiny details, adapting when plans change, and staying composed when the stakes feel high.
I graduated from Princeton University in 2010. I have also worked as a professional magician, including advising David Blaine, consulting on sleight of hand for Warner Bros., and performing at the Magic Castle. Today, I work in Las Vegas real estate with Coldwell Banker Premier Realty.
Why I built LosAngelesToLasVegas.com
Real-estate questions usually come fairly late in a move. Long before someone is ready to tour a house, they are trying to decide whether Vegas fits their life at all.
That can mean comparing taxes and housing costs, learning the neighborhoods, testing everyday routines and transportation, planning a scouting trip, or working out the timing between a California sale and a Nevada purchase.
I built this site to make that research easier, and to be useful whether you eventually work with me or not.
How I approach the work
A useful first conversation should not begin with a forced home search. I want to understand which question is actually blocking the decision: whether a move works at all, which daily route matters, what an area tradeoff changes, or how a California sale and Nevada purchase might fit together. The guides and tools let you narrow those questions privately before anyone asks for contact information.
When a question becomes property-specific, public planning material stops where the actual documents and relevant licensed expertise begin. I can help organize the real-estate questions and next steps, while tax, legal, lending, inspection, appraisal, insurance, title, and other specialist questions require the appropriate professional and current records. That boundary is part of a useful process, not a disclaimer to rush past.
If we never work together, the research should still leave you with a clearer question, a source to verify, and permission to pause when the evidence does not support the next step.
