Start with whatever you know
Tell me what you’re thinking about and when it might happen. If a California home may need to sell first, say that. If the airport, a commute, a school, or a regular trip could decide where you live, include it. If all you know is that Vegas might make sense and you’re not sure what to ask next, that’s enough to start.
What stays out of the first message
Do not place tax returns, bank statements, identification documents, account numbers, access codes, medical or health information, or other sensitive records in an introductory form. Property, lending, tax, legal, inspection, insurance, and title questions may require the relevant licensed professional and actual documents later.
What happens after you send
I receive your note and the reply details you choose to provide. I can follow up with a useful first answer and arrange a time if a conversation would help. The form itself does not create an appointment, representation agreement, or agency relationship.
